She works with individuals, couples, and families to help them enhance their relationships and quality of life. 

2. Elsa Chen

Elsa Chen is a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee at Center for Mental Health Excellence (CFMHE). She specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate life transitions, cope with anxiety, and strengthen relationships.

Using a client-centered, compassionate approach, Elsa helps clients improve communication, resilience and discovery and growth through change.

3. Heather DePinho

Financial and Billing Information

CFMHE’s  goal is to make mental health care accessible for all. They provide a free 15-minute phone conversation so individuals can determine whether the services are a fit for them.

Sessions range from $80 to $225 an hour depending on whether someone is seeing a fully licensed therapist, an associate therapist, or a trainee therapist.

They accept payment methods such as American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa, and the HSA (Health Savings Accounts).

They don’t bill insurance companies directly, but they do provide people with a detailed receipt called a superbill, which can help people try to get reimbursed from their insurance if it’s out-of-network.

They also provide, by law, a Good Faith Estimate to anyone not using insurance which estimates the total cost could be, and if the final invoice is $400 or more than that estimate, people can contest it.
