1. Child Case Management
Clark Community Mental Health Center offers mental health services for children, adolescents and families. They supply several programs that support young people struggling with emotional or behavioral challenges.
For children and adolescents with severe emotional problems, it offers community-based services such as Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation (CPR).

2. Adult Case Management
Clark Community Mental Health Center Adult Case Management is a member of the Adult Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CPRP).
The CPRP provides a range of services focusing on the Coordination of a person’s mental health treatment with their care and basic needs, including medical, social and educational.
Trained Care Coordinators assist in the coordination of care and can help support clients in teaching social skills, getting to appointments, and coaching clients on behavior.
The program features wellness coaching to maintain health, day programs that involve classes and activities through Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), and peer support from someone with lived recovery experience.
These outreach services connect individuals with Medicaid services, if necessary. The program is voluntary, allowing clients to choose the assistance that’s the most effective.
3. Medication and Outpatient Therapy Services
Clark Community Mental Health Center provides outpatient services for residents in Barry, Lawrence and Dade counties.
These services are not limited to therapy but also include individual, group, and family therapy, as well as medication management. Therapy is provided by licensed therapists, social workers and counselors; psychiatrists and nurse practitioners manage medications.

Brad Ridenour, MS, LPC: has been the CEO of Clark Community Mental Health Center Since July 2014.
Before this leadership role, Brad served as a family assistance worker, case manager, counselor, and program director in the mental health field.
Brad graduated from Southwest Baptist University receiving Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology, Sociology, and General Music and his Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Evangel University.
Since then, the Clark Center has been providing essential mental health services to assist individuals and families in the community.
2. Board of Directors
- Jeff Carr, President of the Board: Jeff is responsible for leading the board and ensuring the organization remains focused on its mission and objectives.
