Mental Health Services Provided By Elmhurst

Elmhurst Hospital Mental Health provides support for various issues, including family problems, mood and behavior concerns, anxiety, school refusal, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, life transitions, parenting challenges, and eating disorders.

After an initial assessment, clients usually have therapy sessions once a week. This continues until they feel more stable and have made progress toward their goals.

Clients are encouraged to talk with their therapist about how often they meet, and they can adjust the schedule based on their needs, availability, and budget.

This flexible approach helps ensure that everyone gets the right support for their situation.

Teletherapy Services

Elmhurst Hospital Mental Health offers teletherapy for people who can’t make it to in-person sessions. This lets clients have therapy from home using their smartphone, tablet, or computer.

It’s easy to use: clients get a link through email or text that takes them to a secure video chat.

This chat is HIPAA-compliant, meaning their conversations are private and safe. It works like FaceTime or Google Hangouts, making it simple for clients to connect with their therapist.

This service makes mental health support more accessible and convenient.
