Connections transportation services are available to the public in Chautauqua, Cowley, Elk, Montgomery, and Wilson counties on a first-come, first-served basis.
For children under 17, a guardian must accompany them. For those requiring regular transportation, Connections offers a subscription ride option for recurring trips to the same destination.
However, since transportation is coordinated for multiple passengers, individual trips cannot always be guaranteed.
If a scheduled ride needs to be canceled, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being considered a no-show, which could result in service suspension.
The transportation service charges a $2 pickup fee and 20 cents per mile. Payment is expected at the time of service, and transportation will not be provided if payment is not made.
