Douglas Gardens Community Mental Health Center provides residential services through three supportive facilities. 

Golden Palms is a 36-bed facility in North Miami Beach for adults 55 and older who have serious mental health issues.

It offers a safe and structured environment with psychiatric care and recreational activities. 

The Mayfair Residence in Miami Beach has 42 supportive housing units, blending both subsidized and unsubsidized options, with 24-hour staff available to assist residents. 

Oak Grove, located in North Miami, is a 14-unit apartment complex for 28 individuals transitioning from shelters to independent living, offering support for those dealing with both mental health and substance use issues.

2. Outpatient Services

Douglas Gardens Community Mental Health Center offers a variety of outpatient services to support individuals facing mental health and social challenges. 

These services include case management for adults, helping clients build strengths and reduce reliance on emergency care, as well as therapy and counselling provided by licensed mental health professionals.
