Mental Health Services Provided By Liberty

LMH counseling

Liberty Mental Health Counseling provides a variety of mental health services to support their clients. Here are some of them:

1. ANXIETY

When anxiety is diagnosed, it goes beyond normal worry and can make life difficult to enjoy. Liberty Mental Health offers counseling to help people understand and manage their anxious thoughts.

With therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, clients can find calm and learn better ways to cope.

Other treatments, such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, meditation, and Exposure Therapy, are also available to help clients feel better and take back control of their lives.

2. DEPRESSION

Depression can feel like a deep, overwhelming pit that’s hard to escape, affecting people in different ways.

Liberty Mental Health helps individuals find their way back to enjoying life again. Often, depression comes from past traumas, difficult experiences, or certain relationships.

By working together, Liberty Mental Health helps explore and address these causes to break the cycle of depression.

Therapists use different treatments, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and mindfulness, along with relaxation and meditation techniques, to support healing and help people feel better.

3. CHILDREN/PLAY THERAPY

At Liberty Mental Health, play therapy helps young children express and manage their feelings through fun activities.

By playing, kids can show their emotions in a way they might not be able to talk about, which helps therapists understand them better and provide the right support.

Play therapy can include activities like sand or water play, games, art, and toys that are suited for their age, creating a safe space for them to explore their feelings.

In addition to play therapy, therapists might use other methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and others, depending on what each child needs to get the best care.

4. TRAUMA RELATED

Trauma is how people react emotionally to very upsetting events, like accidents, assaults, or natural disasters. Right after such events, feeling shocked or in denial is normal.

Over time, people might have strong emotions, flashbacks, relationship problems, and even physical symptoms like headaches or nausea.

While these reactions are common, some people struggle to move on.

At Liberty Mental Health, therapists help people manage their emotions and improve their daily lives, making them feel stronger despite their trauma.

For more details on how trauma is treated, visit their official website.

5. RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING

Liberty Mental Health provides a safe place for couples to talk about difficult issues that might be hard to discuss on their own.

Couples therapy helps partners find new ways to grow and improve how they communicate with each other.

It offers hope, healing, and a better understanding of the relationship. They work with couples in all types of relationships—married, engaged, dating, or divorced.

Therapists use different techniques, like Gottman Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, or ways to improve communication and resolve conflicts.

Each couple’s therapy is tailored to their needs, and therapists use their styles and methods.
