FAQ’s:

1. How to get a diagnosis for mental health?

To get a mental health diagnosis, you can start by meeting with a therapist or doctor.
They’ll talk with you about how you’re feeling, what you’re going through, and any symptoms you’re experiencing.
After getting to know you better, they may suggest some tests or simply help you figure out what might be going on with your mental health.

2. What are the four types of mental health?

There are four main types of mental health: emotional, psychological, social well-being, and mental illness.
Emotional well-being is how you feel and how well you manage stress and enjoy life.
Psychological well-being is about your thoughts, self-worth, and understanding your emotions. Social well-being is how you connect with others and feel supported in your relationships.
Mental illness includes conditions like anxiety or depression, which can affect your thoughts, feelings, or actions.
All of these areas are important for your overall mental health and how you handle life.
