The center accepts most private insurance plans, as well as Medicaid and Medicare.
For individuals without insurance, a sliding fee scale is available based on family size and income, ensuring that no one is turned away due to an inability to pay.

Their assertive community treatment (ACT) team delivers intensive, 24/7 support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, enabling them to live independently within the community.

The New Hampshire Rapid Response Access Point is available 24/7 for all behavioral health emergencies.

In cases where the situation cannot be resolved over the phone, the mobile crisis response team may be dispatched to meet individuals wherever they are.
Additionally, Seacoast’s emergency services department operates both in-office and at Exeter Hospital, offering crisis support and medication refills around the clock.

3. Older Health Services
Seacoast Mental Health is dedicated to helping older adults live safe, fulfilling lives by offering essential behavioral health support.
REAP, which stands for Resources for Elderly Adults and their Families, provides community-based, short-term support for older adults living in New Hampshire.
REAP counselors are available to discuss a range of concerns, including stress, relationships issues, grief, and emotional well-being.
They also address substance misuse, family dynamics, and other issues that affect the quality of life for older adults.
The program also offers assistance to their caregivers, family members, and professionals working with them.
The program focuses on addressing mental health, substance use, and cognitive functioning issues, ensuring that older adults receive the care and attention they need to thrive.
This program is administered statewide, with contracts in place with the other nine New Hampshire community mental health centers to deliver services across the state.
Eligibility for REAP includes New Hampshire residents aged 60 and older, as well as individuals living in senior housing.
Caregivers, family members of those eligible, and professionals who work with older adults in the state are also eligible.
4. Psychiatric Services
Seacoast Mental Health has a dedicated team of specialists who prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications when necessary.
This helps reduce symptoms, increase comfort, or enhance the effectiveness of counseling services.
The psychiatric services are provided by board certified adult, youth, and geriatric psychiatrists.
