In her role, she oversees clinical operations and healthcare services, ensuring quality care and working with other leaders to meet GRAND’s goals.

3. Donna Aultz
Donna Aultz is the Chief Facilities and Maintenance Officer at GRAND Mental Health. She has nearly 40 years of experience with the organization, starting in the finance department.
Donna is known for her hands-on approach, focusing on getting things done.

4. Amy Garrison
Amy Garrison is the Chief Administrative Officer for the Northeast and North Central regions at GRAND Mental Health.

5. Nicholas Allgood
Nicholas Allgood is the Chief Clinical Officer for Crisis Services at GRAND Mental Health. He has 14 years in mental health, starting in substance use treatment and then joining GRAND as a rehabilitation specialist.
He became a therapist and then moved into management in 2022. Nic leads crisis services, outreach, law enforcement relations, and medical services, focusing on helping people in crisis with care and dignity.

6. Trica Walters
